For a time, I sat in the CFO chair of a nationwide construction company. I managed the complex financial engines of a complex organization, but I found my true calling wasn't just in the spreadsheets—it was in the people. Whether I was leading diversity initiatives or facilitating leadership development programs, I saw firsthand that a business is only as healthy as the leaders running it.

In 2023, I chose to pivot. I stepped away from the corporate world to follow a passion for leadership development, change management, and the power of diverse perspectives. My goal was to take the high-level financial strategy I gained in the C-suite and make it accessible and soulful for individual creators and entrepreneurs.
